Returns and complaints
To file a complaint, please follow the steps below:
Pursuant to applicable law, you have 14 days to return the product. To withdraw from the contract and return the product you purchased from us, complete the required statement and send it to our address along with the returned product/products:

Please also include with the package containing the statement and the returned product/products all accessories you received with it/them, as well as the receipt or invoice.
1. Return/complaint form
Complete the return/complaint form and attach it to the shipment. The document should include the following information: first name and last name, email address or correspondence address, phone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, purchase date and the date the defect occurred.
2.Sending the product back
When filing a complaint, please send the product back together with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.
3. Shipping
The product being complained about should be sent to the address:

Attention! You can also contact our Customer Service Office—then we will collect the complained-about product from you ourselves.
